  • Weekly coaching session to focus on and delve into patterns, behaviors, and situations impacting the changes you seek for your life. 

Somatic Mindfulness Meditation

  •  1 hr session weekly session (virtual)
  • Includes discussion with 20 minute somatic meditation, embodied awareness methods and participant reflections.​​

Resiliency series

CENTERING WHILE SERVING: FOR HEALTHCARE WORKERS, CARETAKERS AND HEALERS

  • 4 part series, weekly for 1 month 

  • Includes somatic mindfulness, meditation, nervous system regulation techniques, propioception training, group discussion etc. to help us remain connected to ourselves as we serve others. 

  • Starting Winter 2025
