I meet you where you are. With a nurse’s touch, offering warmth, empathy, and a personalized approach. I am dedicated to my clients by adapting to the needs of each one rather than applying a single method for all.



WHERE ALL BEGAN
For most of my life, my mind has dominated me.
Easily tossed in different directions depending on my thoughts, my mood, others' opinions, and the busyness surrounding me. Overwhelmed, I began to turn myself off emotionally, disconnect physically, and close my heart abruptly, which led me into several episodes of clinical depression. Treatment began with medication management and talk therapy; however, it wasn’t until the fourth episode that I discovered the most important tools to guide me through personal healing and coping with all life brings.

my modalities
My coaching approach is process oriented and emphasizes the interconnectedness of a person's physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. My role is to support the person's inherent healing capacities through mind-body integration, reflective listening, powerful questions, and skillwork practice for you to feel confident in implementing tools and new perspectives discovered in session, now at home. We may also explore 1:1 vipassana mediation methods to deepen into the wisdom language of the body . Certification: Nurse Coach (American Holistic Nurse Association), Mindfulness Mediation Teacher (MMTCP Spirit Rock).
Live Alive weekly mediation group is a supportive and exporative teaching and meditation, invigorating in the learning of the vast landscape of your sensations, emotions, and energy body. We explore themes of receiving life as is, tapping into joy, and increasing vitality. I use a “bottom up” approach, starting with Physical Sensation before intellectual thought. Providing a wisdom teaching accompanied with a meditation and short time for meaningful reflections that you can take with you into your week. Certification as a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher from Spirit Rock.
CENTERD WHILE SERVING SERIES
“Can we maintain a state of inner calm while keeping the external chaos external? “ or “can we be calm and alert?”
We explore the topic of centering, and utilitize tools of nervous system regulation, breathwork, and somatic mindfulness to increase resiliency. Additionally we will have group discussion and activities to rediscover our passion from burnout, and remain connected, anchored in ourselves while in service, caretaking or healing another.
Certification as a Mindfulness Mediation Teacher (MMTCP from SpiritRock), Nurse Coach (American Nurse Association)and near completion for certificate in HeartMath for Healthcare Workers program.
MINDFULNESS AND MEDITATION FOR HEALTHCARE WORKERS
This weekly class in a monthly series entirely tailored by participants based on their desires themes they wish to explore related to mindfulness and meditation. We may deepen into methods & concepts of mindfulness, learn ways to begin a daily practice or deepen the practice you have, and/or understand values embodied awareness for belonging, reconnection, and grounding in busy external environments. Certifications as a mindfulness Meditation teacher through Spirit Rock. Nurse Coach through American Holistic Nurse Association.
