I believe true transformation begins with tuning into Self-Awareness

Our world is busier than ever. With technological innovations strongly embedded in modern living, more of us are living disembodied and within our minds while our attention is dispersed. Attention is vitality and our life-creating tool, as "where our attention goes, is where our energy flows". 

 

While the mind can be distracted, the body always speaks truth — and through present-moment awareness of emotion and sensation, we can gently reprogram the nervous system toward balance and calm.

As a Registered Nurse and Board-Certified Holistic Nurse Coach (NC-BC, AHNA) with advanced training in Mindfulness Meditation (Spirit Rock) and Resilient Heart – Trauma-Sensitive Care (HeartMath), I support individuals in reconnecting with their innate capacity for balance, well-being, and aliveness.

  • Includes discussion with 20 minute somatic meditation, embodied awareness methods and participant reflections.​​

Resiliency series

CENTERING WHILE SERVING: FOR HEALTHCARE WORKERS, CARETAKERS AND HEALERS

  • 4 part series, weekly for 1 month 

  • Includes somatic mindfulness, meditation, nervous system regulation techniques, propioception training, group discussion etc. to help us remain connected to ourselves as we serve others.
